The barcode printed on a bought-in pack is the
manufacturer's number (its GTIN), not ours. Map it
to one of your items once and everyone can scan the packaging
itself from then on. You can also just scan an unknown pack in the
scan box at the top — the app will offer to map it there and then.
Pack quantity is how much of your unit one scan
means: a case of 12 one-kilo bags is 12.

Label Printers
Register your Zebra, TSC or Honeywell label
printers here and labels go straight to them — the printer draws
the barcode and QR code itself, at full printhead sharpness.
Give a network printer its IP address (port 9100 on almost every
model). Leave the address blank for a USB printer and the app
gives you a label file to send instead. Honeywell printers
usually run in ZPL emulation, so choose Zebra
(ZPL) for them.

Capacity — next 14 days
Planned hours come from each plan's routing
(setup once per batch + run time × batches) on its start date, or
from its BOM hours if the recipe has no routing yet. Red rows are
overloaded — move a start date or add hours. A day can fit inside
the plant total and still be impossible on one machine,
so any overloaded work centre is named on its row.

Work Centres
The machines and manned stations a batch passes
through. Give each one its own working hours — and how many
identical units you have — and capacity is planned per machine
instead of one plant-wide pool of hours. Add the operations to a
product's Bill of Materials to build its route.

Machines
Filling and packing machines already know how
much they made and whether they were running. Reading it from the
PLC beats copying it off a display. OEE is the
standard measure: availability (of the time you planned
to run, how much it ran) × performance (while running,
how close to nameplate speed) × quality (how much was
good). A blank factor means an input is missing — it is never
guessed.

An invoice is never edited once it has gone out.
When something turns out to be wrong you issue a separate note
that reduces the amount: a credit note reduces
what a customer owes you (goods returned, short delivery, a price
correction); a debit note reduces what you owe a
vendor (material that failed QC, a short receipt, an overcharge).
Both are netted off the balances and the aging reports
automatically.
Quality rejections you have not claimed back yet
Material rejected at goods-in is money already
spent on goods you cannot use. Raise the debit note and the amount
comes off what you owe that vendor.

Help & Training
Step-by-step guides for every workflow. Work
through them top to bottom to train yourself on the whole system.
The Go buttons jump straight to the right screen.
1. First-time setup — master data
Create your team in User Management and give each
person the right role (planner, store keeper, operator,
maintenance tech, viewer). Use Access on a user to
hide whole modules from them.
In Materials, create your suppliers, raw materials
and products. Fill in purchase price (market price) on raw
materials and cost / selling price on products — they
drive purchase orders, sales orders and stock valuation.
Set a minimum stock (reorder level) on items you never
want to run out of — the Dashboard will alert you.
Open BOM on each product and create its recipe:
batch size, hours per batch (powers time estimates), and
the materials per batch.
2. Buying materials — purchase workflow
In Purchasing, create a purchase order: pick the
supplier and add material lines. Prices pre-fill from the item
master.
Submit the order, then Approve it
(the approval step in your procurement workflow).
When the delivery arrives, go to Goods Receiving
and record a receipt against the purchase order — pick it
in the "Against purchase order" box. Every line becomes a
traceable lot.
Stock books in automatically and the purchase order closes itself
as received. Nothing else to do.
Sending goods back? Record a purchase return movement in
Inventory.
3. Customer order to dispatch — the core workflow
In Sales, create the customer (once) and then a
sales order with the products and quantities. Prices pre-fill
from the product master.
Confirm the order — this is your commitment to
fulfil it.
Open Order Tracking. Your order shows its stage
on the timeline, what is in stock, and what is short.
Missing raw materials? Press Order materials on
the order card — a purchase order opens pre-filled with exactly
what is missing. Then follow guide 2 to receive it.
Product short? Press Plan production on the
shortfall line — a production plan opens pre-filled and linked to
this customer order.
In Production & MRP: Approve
the plan, Start it (MRP blocks it if material is
missing), and Complete it — record any scrap when
asked. Finished goods book into stock automatically.
Back in Order Tracking the order shows
Ready to dispatch. Press Dispatch —
stock books out and the order is done.
4. Producing for stock — reorder alerts
The Dashboard lists every item below its reorder
level.
For a raw material, press Order — a pre-filled
purchase order opens for the missing quantity.
For a product, press Plan production — a
pre-filled production plan opens.
Follow the purchase (guide 2) or production (guide 3, step 6)
workflow to finish.
5. Inventory control — movements, FIFO and adjustments
Inventory opens on Stock on Hand — live
stock, always the sum of the movement ledger, never edited
directly. The other tabs are Locations & Transfers,
Adjustment Requests and Recent Movements; the
number on a tab is work waiting for you.
The system runs FIFO: production consumes the
oldest lots first, and the Inventory Valuation report values
remaining stock at the cost of the newest lots.
Physical count found a difference? Press Request
adjustment. An administrator approves or rejects it —
only the approval changes stock (manager approval workflow).
Scrap, dispatches and returns are recorded with
New movement. The form tells you which direction
each type must go.
6. Plant maintenance
Create your machines as assets in Maintenance.
Anyone on the floor (operator role) can raise a
breakdown work order; technicians plan
preventive ones with a scheduled date.
Technicians move orders open → in progress → completed. Completed
orders are frozen with a completion timestamp.
7. Dashboard, reports and the audit trail
The Dashboard is your morning view: order funnel,
plant load, your pending tasks, reorder alerts and expiring lots.
Reports has the full catalogue — pick one, set
the period, run it. Sort any column, search inside the results and
export to CSV (opens in Excel).
Every change in the system lands in the Audit Log
with who, when, and before → after values (administrators only).
8. "Where do I go next?" — your task inbox
The amber Tasks badge in the top bar counts
everything waiting on you — orders to confirm, POs to
approve, plans to start, requests to decide.
Click it (or open the Dashboard) to see the list, then press
Open on any task to jump to the right screen.
Each screen also shows a 💡 tip strip explaining what to do there
and what comes next. Hidden them? Press Show tips
again at the top of this page.

Link a machine
Your machine builder or panel supplier can give
you the OPC UA endpoint and the node ids of the tags. The ERP only
ever reads — give it a read-only OPC UA user.
With this on, completing a batch takes the
figure straight from the machine. A count wildly out of line with
the plan is refused rather than written into stock, so a jammed
or rewired sensor stops and asks instead of quietly corrupting
your inventory.
Raise a credit note
